Initial Comments:
Based on the findings of an onsite unannounced State Licensure Survey completed 10/12/2023, Aveanna Healthcare was found to be in compliance with the following requirements of PA Act 54 of 1999, Prescribed Pediatric Extended Care Centers Act, 35 PS, Section 449.61.
